Elder Portraits: Miranda Lawson

What has been your happiest moment of life so far?

Adopting my first child. That was when it really hit me that everything I'd done and everything I'd been a part of had come to that moment, had given me the means and opportunity to have the life I wanted; a normal life, one I decided on for myself. So many of the decisions in my life had been taken out of my hands, once I even thought ever being a parent was a choice I had stripped from me, but I fought for a galaxy where I got to decide the paths I took.

What are you looking forward to?

My fourth grandchild!

The Shadow Broker's dossiers always give me feelings, but to me the complex feelings Miranda has about her infertility wouldn't stop her being a mother if that was what she wanted to do. My post-ME3 headcanon is domestic happy Miranda, so this reflects that.
